• Premium Spotify account is required
• To access the application, the user must be on the list of allowed users (whitelist). To do this, you need to send an email to it@sobiecki.org email address, which is used to log in to Spotify.
• The user must be at least 13 years old
• Using the application is free
• The application works in accordance with the Spotify Developers Policy

• It is forbidden to use bots and automation
• It is forbidden to manipulate the results
• The user is obliged to play fairly
• The administration reserves the right to block accounts
• It is forbidden to use the application for commercial purposes

• The user is responsible for their account
• It is forbidden to share the account with third parties
• The user is obliged to respect copyright
• The application is not responsible for data loss
• The user is obliged to comply with the Spotify End User Agreement

• The administration reserves the right to change the rules
• Users will be informed in advance about the changes
• Continuing to use the application means acceptance of changes
• The user can withdraw from using the application at any time
• Changes to the rules will be in accordance with the Spotify policy
